Action 5.2.3 : Incorporation of CAV filtering to PSHA

Technical Issue

Need to add CAV filtering to current PSHA software. Should have more than one PSHA program with CAV filtering to allow for checking of results. (e.g. OpenQuake and HAZ45)

Proposed Approach

Add CAV filtering capability to HAZ45 and OpenQuake to have CAV filtering capability
